For example, he once promptly walked off with Vincent after Kelvin interrupted their conversation.

Diedrich is a man of integrity and a stickler for rules. He does not hesitate to confront those who disregard rules and dodge their responsibilities. True to his word, he unfailingly honors his promises, most notably through his unwavering loyalty to Vincent.
